This special yoga class is for all mothers. Whether you're an expectant mom or new mom, and whether you come with or without your little one, this is a class for you. The class blends techniques and practices for all mothers.

Class is held Monday mornings and lasts 1 hour and 15 minutes. If you would like to bring your own yoga mat, feel free. Otherwise, we do have mats available for you to use, we just asked that they are wiped down after each use. We also provide all of the yoga props such as blankets, bolsters, straps, etc. to make a variety of postures possible and comfortable for everyone.
